I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at ANY time.Rude or hateful behavior or demeanor will result in a block.Terms may vary slightly depending on type of commission.Payment and Refunds
Payment must be made either in full upfront, OR after the sketch is received.
If payment is not provided 2 weeks after the sketch, the commission will be canceled unless discussed prior.Payment is accepted through Cashapp, Ko-fi, or Paypal in USD.A rush fee may be charged for deadlines that end before my TAT (2 weeks).A fee may be added for excessive revisions.Prices for fees depend on commission.Refunds are not able to be requested by the commissioner.Some instances may be an exception, for example if the commission is in the sketch stage, a partial refund may be requested.
There will be NO REFUNDS after the lineart is completed.What I expect from the ClientRespectful behaviorA clear reference sheet, a detailed description, OR a collection of images that can help describe what you would like. Even if it's a 2 minute drawing with no color, it is still helpful.Carefully read through my T.O.S. and information.Revisions
Revisions pertaining to the pose/anatomy of the drawing will ONLY be permitted during the sketch phase, and may only be requested up to 3 times before extra charges may occur.No revisions pertaining to anything except the color will be permitted after the sketch is accepted without extra charges.Revisions due to my own ignorance/negligence are free, but I will determine if they are due to my own fault.Process and Schedule
After commission is accepted, I will begin working on the sketch and send it for approval. If payment was made upfront, once approval is gained I will then move on to the next stage.If payment has not been made by time of sketch completion, the client will receive a watermarked sketch and I will not move on until the payment is made.After the sketch, I move on to the lineart and wait for approval, then once that is approved I will move to the flat color, and then shading if the commission has that.Deadlines MUST be discussed before payment so I can determine the priority of the commission.My turnaround time is typically about 2 weeks, however this can vary depending on real life circumstances. Commissions will not exceed a month over wait time without warning.I typically work on art everyday, hours varying depending on if I am able to work for up to 8 hours or not.Copyright and UsageI, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
I reserve the right to upload works to social media, stream, and post videos of the work.Any characters portrayed in my work belong to their rightful owners.
The final product may be used for commercial use, so long as proper credit is given and you tell me before payment.Credit is required when posting artwork on social media (Made by StrawberryWolv is acceptable credit)You are allowed to make small edits to the work, but do not change it to the point it is unrecognizable as my work.You are NOT allowed to edit my work into something that is used to promote political, hateful, racist, or illegal content.Do NOT claim the artwork as yours, including adopts or custom designs.
You are NOT allowed to use my art in AI or NFTs, or anything related to the two.These terms are subject to change.
